Man of many hobbies, Kaleb is always down for a fresh adventure. He enjoys seeking thrill and breaking rules (intentionally) living life in spontaneity. Prior to filmmaking, Kaleb was an international touring engineer and production manager. He's traveled all over the world working alongside Grammy award-winning artists and musicians, corporate leaders, you name it. Enneagram 7!

Emmy Award-winning technician and honor graduate of Berklee College of Music, Elaine has done it all from working with artists on major record labels, to designing theme park audio. She’s an incredibly talented engineer and KEJ’s primary film editor. With an incredible ability to empathize with whoever she’s with, Elaine is the not so secret sauce to KEJ's film success. She's the reason why people are moved by KEJ's work. She's always “in” the moment, searching for the higher meaning in every frame and moment she places in the timeline. Enneagram 1.

Jordan joined the KEJ team in 2019, swiftly excelling in editing and post production. He's an incredible advocate for our clients with a keen ability to identify what's important and predict how the viewer will respond. With a bachelor's degree in biblical theological studies, he's KEJ's resident theologian, coffee aficionado, and rockstar musician. Quintessential Enneagram 9.
